It looks like I see a few issues. The closing date says 2019 and this is not correct. It also has the day of the week for close and that is not in my data.
Also, it looks like the names are bring pulled from the Owner Name formatted column….this is not correct. I just have the following in my letter:
OwnerFirstName OwnerLastName

It looks like the zip code field has an issue with leading “Zeros”. For example the spreadsheet has a 5 digit zip with a leading zero for line 3……….Somersworth NH 03878 the processed letter only has a 4 digit zip.
Can this be fixed for all cases with a leading zero?
