Docs Ready is our highly favored 1 – 3-page Mail-merged letters service. Great for new or experienced investors with their documents in order.

You know what you are doing and realize it’s way faster, cheaper, and better to sub this task out.

All of our orders come with free order delivery tacking so you know exactly when your mail arrives, as well as 7-day a week processing so your orders are fulfilled even faster.

Order quantity should match the number of Letters you wish to mail.

How to Order

What is Doc's Ready

This product is ideal for clients experienced with the Offers2Owners services or similar companies.

All letter types are accepted including but not limited to:  (Cover letters & Purchase agreements, Neutral, Marketing, and or Flyers)

Cost & Addons:

  • The order minimum is 50 letters  (Regardless of the number of offers you send, it’s the same price).
  • A third page will increase the cost by $0.13 per letter.
  • Color Printing is available, which will increase the cost by $0.35 per letter
  • Envelopes, paper, printing, postage, free templates, and mail merges are all included!
  • A 3.5% credit card processing fee is applied to all orders at checkout.

Postage information:

  • Standard marketing postage is included within the listed rate.
  • Postage upgrade to First Class postage will increase the cost by $.033 per letter.

Turnaround time:

  • We will return a pre-merged PDF proof to you within 24-48 business hours once we receive your files.

Delivery timeframe:

  • Letters are delivered within 7 – 14 business days (Weekends not included) with Standard/marketing postage.
  • First Class postage deliveries are completed within 1-7 days (Sundays not included).

Scheduling letters: 

  • We welcome you to drip/batch out your letters, it’s all done within the order form.
  • You simply provide us with a scheduled date for single mailings or schedule with detailed drip amounts  (Example: split into 4 batches send 500 every week starting asap)
  • Scheduled mailings need to be 3 business days from the date of order.

Types of files accepted: 

  • Word Templates (.docx)& Excel Workbooks (.xlsx or .csv) = if you wish us to complete the mail merge.
  • Pre-merged PDFs (.pdf) = If you have already merged your files. 
  • Providing Pre-merged PDFs will skip our approval process and send your letters to production to be printed and mailed.

Purchase agreements/email or call acceptances - 55. Purchases - 5, 2 additional in title close to purchase now; 4 properties listed, one pending in title now for sale (bought for $8300, selling for $24,000) Support is the saving grace of current O2O. They are very good. First - Good stuff - This is a profound tool - that accurately merges mail. I can specify how to split mail, upload/ pay in advance, and support is very very very good. There is good functionality overall which makes the entire site worth it. And LOVE the free delivery notification letter. Second - not so hot stuff: site is not intuitive. Kind of clunky/ lots of friction. Suggestions 1. would be nice to have clean status updates within the site, easy to see next to mailer label. Click directly on status to view the document, and complete necessary review steps (ex. Mailer One..... Ready for Review) 2. When Ready for Print is clicked - no idea when the mail actually is sent. 3. Would be nice to store template docs online, view without downloading. 4. Standardize/ simplify text entry boxes - (company info for return mail, scheduling future mail. 5. Ordering process - a. sometimes numbers don't update/ font supersizes/ overlays other text... b. would be nice to pay after the records have processed and get a price for the mailer. - I might have to delete records in the edit - etc., but I';ve already paid. 6. Error checking in the merge - maybe a set of checks to make sure basics are checked without me needing to review (ex. that company name is the same throughout the mailer, offer dates, etc. the same... )

    overall, the experience has been fantastic. One only has to watch the tutorial videos and follow the instructions. The preview features for the data, docs, and PDFs are awesome and the ability to request changes via the dashboard is amazing. Response time is unparalleled and on top of all of this, you guys have Aaron, who’s incredible in all respects that I’ve ever dealt with him; and no, I’m not his relative 🙂 With my first mailer of just over 3K letters, I received about 20 signed PAs that were actually priced rather well. Of these, I have 3 really good deals that are in process right now.
