2. The name below the reference number looks great now but now the “Dear _______” is in need of change. That area should be the “Owner1 FName” & Owner2 FName” or at least “Owner1 FName”. Please keep the name directly below the Reference Number as it is now but change the “Dear ______” to “Owner1 FName”.

3. In the name below the reference #, it appears that the “Owner Name” column was used instead of “Owner First Name” and “Owner Last Name”. Please use “Owner1FName” “Owner1LName” or even better, use the “OwnerName Formatted” column.
   Everything else looks great!
