It’s not perfect yet, but it’s close enough. It’s my first order, so I’ve learned a little about what I need to do to make it a little smoother next time.
Thank you,
-Jeff
Printing now. Thank you!
It also looks like on the cover letters now, there is an “s” in front of the name of my company in the header that wasn’t there before.
Two items. First, the last name is listed in front of the first name for the addressees. I had called customer service yesterday, and was told that would be fixed as part of the process. Secondly, they are all in capital letters, as opposed to just having the first letter of the first and last name being capitalized.
Thank you
Revision is done.
Thank you. A couple more items. When addressing a person by their first name, the middle name or initial from their middle name should not be in the introduction of “Dear [First Name]”.
Also, for an LLC, it should read, “Dear Sir/Madam”, instead of a blank.
Revision is done.
Thank you. It looks like there is one final item.
All the land being offered on is in Elko County, NV. The mailing address of the state of residence for the owner of the land is populated in the contracts, so that it reads “Elko County, CA” or “Elko County, TX”. Both in the cover letter and in the offer, the land needs to reference “Elko County, NV”.
Revision is done.
