The first page looks good but there are two issues on the second page:
1. at the top of the “Purchase Agreement” at the “Address:” it does not have the complete address, only the street number and name. Please correct it to show the full property address.
2. on the second page where we have the sentence “4. This offer shall remain open until Monday, February 17, 2020 and if not accepted by
