Please update the following errors. If you need me to send these as 3 separate excel sheets for each of the 3 Counties let me know and I’ll upload them if that would make this easier.
All of the Page and Louisa County letters (1st page) do not have an APN listed next to the Parcel #
All of the Page & Stafford County purchase agreements (2nd page) have “12:00:00 AM” as the APN, and not the APN in the excel sheet.
The Parcel # on the 1st page should be the APN, but it’s currently the zip code or some other number.
Louisa County letters (1st page) should have the owners last name above the address.
Louisa and Stafford County letters (1st page) should have “Louisa County, VA” and Stafford County, VA” in the first sentence (it is currently missing, “VA”).
