There are a couple of issue with the merge:
1. The date format is not as it is on the Excel file. All dates should have the format as such – “February 06, 2020” and not formatted as “02/06/2020” as shown in merge order Escandon #27419.
2. On page 1, third paragraph of the Word doc – the “«Expire_Date»” does not match the Excel file “Expire_Date”. For some reason it is showing as the “«Closing_Date»”.
This was a similar issue with my last mail merge order Escandon #27027. Unfortunately, I did not catch it. Expiration date stated on the offer letter was expired before letters were delivered. The Excel file and Word doc were correct when placing the order to O2O. I was disappointed when discovering this error since mailing out are costly when sending over 1500 letters.
Please correct issues. If there is anything I can do on my end, please let me know.
