1. Hello.

   Thanks for re-merging the letters. The issue with the lines is fixed, but it appears the merge fields for the greetings were changed and a tab setting on page 2 was reset. Most of the greetings where there are 2 named owners now either only greet 1 of the owners (example ref # 1429) or later in the merge something happened where both names and “Sir or Madam” were merged together (example ref # 1898).

   The .pdf I uploaded originally does not appear to have issues with either the greeting line or the signature block. Is there a formatting or spacing problem with the .pdf that makes it unusable? If there is please let me know what adjustments need to be made and I will upload another .pdf properly formatted. Since I’m comfortable with the quality of the .pdf I uploaded I’d prefer to use that if possible.

   Please let me know either way if you can use the .pdf I uploaded or if and why you need to re-merge the letters from the word doc and excel sheet I had uploaded as source docs. I’m available by phone (507-338-2676) or email (landsupnorth@gmail.com) all day tomorrow and any time next week.

2. Hello.

   There appears to be additional lines in the owner’s signature block on page 2 of all letters that were not in the .pdf that I uploaded last night. It looks like something happened to the “Current Address, Phone, and Email lines where additional lines were added. I can’t paste an image into the comment box, so if you need to see what I’m seeing please let me know and I can email a screenshot. That was the only issue that needs correcting that I saw in my review and spot check.

   Please correct the issue and I’ll review again before approving.
