Quick question…
When I was scrubbing my data I neglected to look for lines where there is no owner first and last name. I do not recall Steve and Jill addressing this in any of the training or podcasts. I see that you guys use “property owner” on the mailers for those lines. Do you guys typically send mail for this situation?
