Thank you for the revisions, they look good. One last change (sorry new template and apparently it needs some work), on the second page, after Buyer and Seller info, where it says, “This is a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate (Property) located in <>, Virginia…”, can you add the word “County” after the mail merge County? So for the first letter, it should say, “This is a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate (Property) located in Suffolk City County, Virginia.”
Remerge is done.
There is a problem with some of the letters. Starting on page 892 on the PDF, or line 447 on my “Mailing List Mailer 6” Excel, the APN is showing as 0. It appears to be related to the APNs in Excel that I had to change the format to “Text” in order to include the leading zero on the number.
Also, not sure if you’re willing to add something I just realized I missed, but on the second page of my letter, I forgot to include the reference number. If possible, can you add this to the Purchase Agreement page? If not, I can live with it being left off.
