Crap, I have a mistake in the excel file. The reference number is supposed to increase by +1 each row. I have edited the file, saved it as new file, and sent it via email.
Also, the merge messed up some of the letter. I emailed a screenshot with the corrections (missing period, spacing issue, minor stuff)
Remerge is done.
