Upon review I noticed a sentence had been added on the first page of my word doc that I didn’t want. Please remove the first sentence in the 3rd paragraph on page 1, “In many situations, we can deliver a cashier’s check…..”. That paragraph should just start with, “We will pay all of the….”. Thanks
